1. Data controller

2. What data we process and why

We process the data you submit in the inquiry form: name, company, phone number, e-mail address, event date and city, number of guests, event type and your message. We process it solely to answer your inquiry and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) and on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). If we end up working together, data may be processed to perform the contract and meet legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).

3. Retention

We keep inquiry data for 12 months from our last contact and, if a contract is concluded, for the period required by tax and accounting law. You may withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.

4. Recipients

Data may be entrusted to providers of technical services: our server hosting provider (OVH), the e-mail provider used for correspondence, and Cloudflare, Inc. (website protection and performance, Turnstile anti-spam verification). Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area under the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object, and to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw). 6. Voluntary provision of data

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to answer your inquiry. We do not make automated decisions or profile users.

7. Cookies

This website uses no analytics or marketing tools. We only use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work and stay secure (e.g. form protection by Cloudflare Turnstile, the admin panel session). They do not require your consent.
